This hotel was chosen by my travel agent. I was here on three occasions, as I left to go to Iguassu Falls and then to Ushuaia then back again. On each occasion I was given a room with no external windows, just a view down to the reception desk. The room was quite small. The hallway outside the rooms was kept in darkness until you ventured out a bit and triggered the sensor. Reception staff were not willing to assist unless you interupted whatever they were doing. I liked the breakfast buffet, plenty of choice and very nice. I asked reception once if they had coffee making facilities for the rooms and was told to use the restaurant which doesn't help when you want a cup before bed. This seems to be the norm in SA, but I think they could have been a little less rude. On the plus side, they did store my luggage when I was away.
