The small hotel is in an excellent location. However, it is poorly run. Room towels on more than one occasion had holes in them. The breakfast tableware had chipped dishes and cups.

For a month I traveled for the most beautiful provinces of Argentina.
SALTA Province is my favorite.
I had to return to Buenos Aires, just one day, next day he was returning to London.
I arrived at the Park Chateau Unique, on 16 January, and was greeted by two receptionists; one of them, according to his ID indicated it was called Fabian.
Dearest Tourist, we need to express who we feel, our expriences and who being treated: that’s not being friendly, it’s about say the truth.
Almost 20 years as a tourist, never had the experience of being treated like a king.
Fabian’s English, just excellent.
His education: that of an English gentleman.
Its sweetness, charisma, made me feel as if at home, was really special.
The hotel, a luxury, sumptuous decoration, the owners must have chosen the most prestigious designer of Argentina.
The Room, stunning, immaculately cleans.
I want to highly recommend this wonderful hotel; you never can forget this wonderful experience.

Probably because of their ability, is that the Hotel is a true gem, and the staff is wonderful.

This hotel is only good if no other hotel is available in town. Room is ok for 2 nights. Extremely noisy, every room is next to the elevator, that by the way its a 1928 model.
Two person elevator only fit here.
At check out time, mini bar goodies were tried to be charge by Fabian, front desk clerk at that time. Looks like room maid ate some things.
Also, be aware if front desk tries to call for a Taxi, additional charge will be added at destination.

I travelled with my husband for a business conference hosted at the hotel along with a large group of others. We travel widely and I would not reccomend the hotel unless I was a budget traveller and requiring no more than a 2 star stay; the internet photos of the rooms are extremely misleading. We had more than 15 rooms booked and 7 of those rooms (those that I know of) booked were immediately vacated at checkin or after first night. Carpets are left un-vacuumed, rooms are not 4 star (1 1/2 to 2), large piles of dirty laundry left on the stair wells and landings until 5pm, not sure how emergency evacuation would be handled, bathrooms were terrible - large cracks across tiles and some lifting off the walls completely, our toilet was not secured to the floor, taps rusting, scale all over the shower head, other rooms had no water at all, and I got bitten on the arms and legs. Breakfasts were very basic. Internet was painfully slow. We moved around the corner to Marseilles Des Anges to remain in the area (which was superb) so they could attend the conference meeting, and forfeited one nights cost to move out.
