“Great location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 February 2012

Besides being just 4 blocks from Plaza Serrano, this is very centralized Palermo location. It's approx 15 minute walk to Metro stops in either direction. Coffee shop around the corner, multiple streetside restaurants within a block or two, and Americans needing their Starbuck's fix...2 blocks away. The rooms were nothing fancy; comfortable beds, nice shower, cold A/C. The staff is/was extremely friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Miss Bedini, who speaks perfect English, provided me with late checkout, and booked a last minute Tango show. Great place for the cash.

“Home away from home”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 January 2012

If you want a boutique hotel where you are made to feel 'at home', this one is for you. The warm, friendly, well-informed staff are positively delightful. Nothing is too much trouble. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, tastefully furnished and well equipped. The bed was comfortable with crisp fresh linen. Plush towels were delivered daily. The hotel has a tranquil garden where one can read a book or enjoy a good percolated coffee while 'chilling out'. It is in close proximity to a multitude of restaurants, bars and assada grills. ( Incidentally, the restaurant across the road on the corner is well worth visiting, as is the empanada shop/bakery on the opposite side of the street!) On the subject of food, the breakfast at "Jam Suites" was good, I especially looked forward to the treat of fresh, custard danishes when available. Would definitely stay here again

Its simple but comfortable and the people who works there are very kindly. The place is located next every stores and restaurantes in Palermo Soho and there is a special garden for to rest or read a book.

Room Tip: I stayed in Standard, good size!

not a bad place but the cleanliness is less than satisfactory. nice location, great welcome but until they have a good overhaul of their system don't bother..my wife had a feeling that the pillow cases were dirty & she asked for clean ones..the breakfast was small but nice. I asked for a quiet room but there was construction work going on next door at 1am but as the cement lorry had blocked the street the taxi drivers and other cars were honking their horns for 20 minutes.
(this however was not the hotels fault).

Dear Levinson,
We take care of sending pillowcases washed daily after each check out is carried. Probably it was just an impression. Also, thanks for agreeing to the hassles of traffic are not the responsibility of the hotel. We will consider your comments to improve our work. Thank you very much. Victoria Alonso

“Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of trendy Palermo”

This small hotel is full of charm and character - a central reception room is stylish, comfortable and constantly manned by the friendly staff who are happy to give recommendations for the local restaurants and bars - there are dozens around, and you won't find the best without some local knowledge! There is a lush and shady garden for hanging out in.

My boyfriend and I took the room overlooking the garden which I think is the largest in the hotel. The room was large, airy, well decorated and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was similarly large with a jaccuzi, plenty of hot water and lots of light.

I would definately recommend this place - it is a real find and is fabulously located in the best part of Buenos Aires to shop, eat and go out.

Room Tip: The hotel website shows the range of rooms available with lots of photos - each one has a name. The...
