We stayed for a week and enjoyed the spacious studio. It is close to Plaza San Martin where the city tour buses start from, the Subte & El Retiro train station. It is within easy walking distance to Recoleta & Puerto Madero.

We spent four nights at this "hotel" in the middle of our Argentina visit. We picked it because of its convenient location to Retiro train (to San Isidro, Tigre) and bus (to Iguazu Falls and other long distance locations) stations as well as ferry terminal (to Colonia del Sacramento in Uruguay). It is also very close to San Martin Square and is walking distance to Recoleta.

The reception office of the hotel is on the 11th floor. I think only a portion of the building is being used as Dazzler Flats so the outside does not look like a hotel making it a bit hard to find. The room is wonderfully modern and quiet - contrary to other reviews - shampoo, conditioner and even a hairdryer were provided in the room, which also has a semi-full scaled kitchen. The room is supposed to only get cleaned once a week so if stay less than a week there would be no service at all supposedly but our room was cleaned once during our 4 night stay, which was a surprise - we left personal stuff everywhere - though nice to have clean towels. Some issues with the room/hotel: 1) no 24-hour service - so no good if want to check in late or out early; 2) outgoing calls are not allowed without a phone card - we wanted to make reservation to tango show ourselves but couldn't so had to go through the hotel (with substantial built-in commission); 3) the toilet smell a little (from pipe not cleanliness); and 4) NO WIFI available - only cable connection so we couldn't connect our smart phones. Oh, there is no complementary breakfast either - the only place we stayed (from hostel to nice nice hotel) during our trip without.

We were in Argentina for 3 weeks. This was by far the best place we stayed in. And it was lovely to have a bit of luxury for the last 3 nights of our holiday. The flats are very, very spacious, modern, clean, and well designed. Just make sure you arrive with a bottle of wine to have while you enjoy relaxing in your room. The pool and spa areas are wonderful, make sure you go in the jacuzzi. But the best thing about Dazzler flats is Alberto who greets you with a big welcome, he speaks fantastic English and looks after you very well. All in all a great place to stay.

The room was very nice, classy, and spacious. Really, there's a lot of room.

The room was not clean on arrival. I arrived at 12:00 p.m. and the room was dirty from its previous occupant. I was told the room would be ready by 2:00 p.m. I came back to the hotel at 4:00 p.m. and the room was still not ready.

Alberto the daytime security guard is wonderful. Very helpful, very nice, very courteous.

The pool facilities are very good and aesthetically appealing, though a warmer pool would have been nicer.

There were not enough towels in the room. Maid service kept removing the towels. By the end, there were only 2 towels and 1 washcloth in the room instead of the 6 we started with.

The king size bed is really the two twin beds pushed together. The sheets were too small for a king size bed. We couldn't tuck them in because they were too short.

The location is ideal. I felt very safe in the area. It was right by the Retiro station, so returning to the hotel for a nap before dinner was easy.

As others have said, bring your own toiletries. No shampoo/soap provided.

There are other Quartier Flats hotels in the area, which can be confusing to taxi drivers. I prepared by marking the hotel location on Google maps and printing the paper to show others, and always instructing taxi drivers to drive near La Plaza del San Martin.
