Great 4* serviced apartments and great value for money. It is important to note that there are several Dazzler branded hotels and apartments. The [ ] version are serviced apartments. This means the apartments does not have amenities such as daily room cleaning, room service, communal computers or dry cleaning (which was not a problem for us). 

Location. Excellent location. 5 mins walk to two tube stations and 10/15 min walk to the main tourist shopping streets (I.e. Florida and Santa Fe)

Rooms: were extremely large and modern (business feel), bathroom was the same. The rooms also come with a mini kitchen for self catering. Only downside was the wifi was only available on the top floor.

Staff: The serviced apartment is essentially run through an one man/woman office on the top floor. The staff were extremely helpful in terms of tourist information and went the extra mile in terms of helping us with sky diving and tango shows (even though there was no commission to be earned.) A particularly noteworthy gesture to be mentioned was the serviced apartments lending us 50 pesos on the first day to pay for the taxi.

I stayed here for a week in February 2011 with my girlfriend. The good things first. It's centrally located, in a nice building in a good part of town. The gym is excellent with new machines and a pool.

What ruined it for us was that everything was dirty. The kitchen including dishes and cutlery, and the bathroom. Not very nice! Also the kitchen and bathroom did not come with any basics like salt, pepper, soap and so on, so we had to buy everything even though we only managed to use a little of it. I've stayed in many apartment hotels and they normally give you these things.

Would not stay here when coming back!

We rented two rooms for one week, as my parents came from Brazil to take care of my 7 y.o. daughter while I was at a conference. It worked extremely well, as the kitchen had enough utensils for them to cook simple dishes. There are two grocery stores within walking distance, and the staff is of tremendous help. The swimming pool was a nice touch to our stay, we would go there and talk for a long time while my daughter swam.

Stayed for a week as part of a conference. My room was much larger than other conference guests who were staying in nearby hotels. Reception staff spoke perfect English and were very accommodating (e.g. arranged tickets to the football etc). Only downside is that flats do not have iron or ironing boards (you have to request it from reception on the top floor) and that the free internet access is not wi-fi.
