For a hotel that advertises mini-kitchens in its rooms, it seems a little ridiculous that they seal the mini-fridge and tell you that if you break the seal, they will "assume" you have consumed one of their over-priced beverages. And apparently guests are not allowed to store their own items in the fridge. I stayed here over New Years Eve, and maybe the staff was unhappy to be working over the holidays, but in any case, they were not particularly helpful.

We stayed with our two kids and found the rooms big enough and the staff helpful enough. The location is fine, close to the subway and a few sights. Breakfast was adequate, and they looked after our bags while we nt north for a few days. I'd stay there again

very good hotel in the heart of Buenos Aires.

Just make sure you get a room to the back in the main hotel building, not the new part on the back.

Rooms are very big and comfortable.

Breakfast very good.

Staff helpfull and friendly.

We arrived and were put into room 106 which was right on an unbearably noisy road where traffic started and stopped so the noise was not at a constant level and varied between noisy and ultra noisy. The curtains in the room did not close, the furniture was old, there were only 4 coat hangers, there was no safe altho it was advertised and the room was depressing to see and hear. There was only 1 pillow on each bed which was extremely lumpy
We complained several times (over about 3 hours) and were told we could not move until the next day which makes you think that perhaps they always put someone in the room for the first night and constantly move them.
Eventually the Receptionist did admit there was another room which was ok (why could he not have said this the first time)altho there was still the same pillow problem.
The start of the stay was extremely stressful.
