We stayed in this hotel 7 nights and besides the room and the great night staff, I really regret staying here. The rooms are really nice, but the breakfast is really poor. Some of the staff pretend they speak english but really have no clue, which lead to a few surprises. This hotel has great potential but the current concept really does not work and the SPA is somewhat out of order, since nobody is working in this area. So the only reason I would stay here is because of the nice rooms and the location.

What a wonderful apartment we stayed in. It was apartment number 2, we loved it so much we extended our stay from 2 to 6 nights.

Fantastic location with ease and accessibility to all parts of this magnificent city.

We have to mention the staff especially Carlos for his knowledge, humour and genuine friendliness, he made our holiday.

Excellent staff. Great breakfast. The rooms are a bit small as we were there with four as a family but the price was right, location was good and Í´d definitely stay again. We also used the spa and found it to be adequate.

Stayed at the Torrecillas for one night after returning from Iguazu and had a triplex. The location of the hotel is great. There are many good restaurants nearby within walking distance. Try Crizia just around the corner and down about a block and a half.

The staff was friendly and helpful with our questions. The triplex itself was comfortable and clean. However, those sleeping on the first floor were disturbed by the noise of the traffic driving past. They may want to put in double paned glass to reduce noise or you may want to request a room that doesn't face the street. Those of us on the second floor didn't have problems with the street noise.

Overall, a very good hotel. I would definitely stay there again.
