Great location (Palermo), great staff (super helpful, super cute), great art (Buenos Aires artist Fabiana Barreda - www.fabianabarreda.com), great design (inspiring minimalist use of small spaces, e.g., shower in the corner of the room), great beds (white, fluffy with ample pillows), great breakfast (crispy, fresh croissants among other goodies laid out on a communal table every morning), great rooftop (stunning sunset views), great price ($83 USD a night, booked on Tablet). Oh and if you like a power shower, you’ll be in heaven.
We liked Craft so much, we extended our initial stay by three days and returned twice for overnight stays in BsAs during our travels through Argentina. However, please manage your expectations on space and noise - the rooms are quite compact and you can hear people coming up and down the stairs.
Favorite spots in the area were Olsen (scandinavian), Little Rose (sushi) and Miranda (steak) for great meals and La Viruta for learning to tango.
