Craft is an amazing place to stay, in the heart of Palermo. The bedroom is cozy and modern, perfect for a couple. There is an amazing bed and a shower integrated to the room which is fun! And don't miss the breakfast at the roof top with a nice view of the city, the best way to begging the day.

A wonderfull hotel, beautifully decorated. Nice relaxing atmosphere situated in a lovely neighbourhood. The rooftop lounge zone is amazing to relax after sightseeing and shopping. The staff is friendly and helpfull.

The hotel is cute and funky and in a great location in the Palermo neighborhood. The room was a bit small but well appointed and made good use of the available space. The bed was nice and firm and the shower had great water pressure. The room was a bit noisy, however. The hotel has an open floor plan and I was in a room right above the reception area. I could hear pretty much everything going on there. I'm a heavy sleeper so the noise didn't keep my awake but if you are a light sleeper, beware. You might want to ask for a room on the upper floor. One other thing to note is that the front gate of the hotel is always locked so you have to ring the front desk to let you in. This was a little annoying, especially when I was stumbling back to the hotel at 4am.

Can't speak highly enough about our stay at the Craft Hotel. Spent our first few days at the Hilton in Puerto Madero (using HHonors points), and switched over to the Craft to spend time staying in Palermo. Was concerned it would feel like a downgrade--but it was not at all. The Craft had a nice mix of simple luxury and feeling like home all at the same time. The hotel was impeccably clean, bed wonderfully comfortable, and the staff was stellar. So friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the roof terrace was a great way to start each morning. I've had mixed experiences with boutique hotels in the past, but the Craft was wonderful. I highly, highly recommend this hotel. I hope to return to Buenos Aries again soon, and the Craft is where I will look to stay.
