Love the decor. Size is big. Breakfast is basic. wifi in room. Close to Palermo Soho. Just walk straight a few blocks, passed the railway. Didn't try the restaurant at hotel but full by 11pm, a Japanese fusion food I think, so it must be good. No drinking water so buy from convenient shop nearby.

I love Hotel Vitrum. In addition to its cool vibe and trendy design, the hotel is always clean and the staff provide outstanding service.

My company did a sales meeting at Vitrum and the service was outstanding. We were looking for a trendy hotel with a great location and reasonable prices and after looking at some other alternatives around the area, there was no doubt that Vitrum was the best option by far. We occupied the entire hotel and all rooms were super clean and spacious. The hotel had a very cool vibe, good ammenities, nice restaurant; and what was more important: all the staff was really friendly, professional, and gave us an outstanding service. They thought about every single detail to make our stay a fantastic experience. A couple of us have gone back to Buenos Aires just for vacations and had stayed at Vitrum. I would recommend this hotel without thinking it twice....

If you're looking for fake design and tacky 70's decoration, you're served at this flat, as I would never call it a hotel. The front desk personal are very unfriendly, they could not help me and my familly with reservations at restaurants what so ever, happilly I speak a little spanish so I did all the reservations by myself. Its overpriced, the breakfast is poor and done with cheap products. The spa is a joke. I would not recomend it.
