If one aspect hold true from the comments I read at Tryp advisor, is that people were really, really nice. I am happy I read the comments on how noisy it could be – we insisted in a room at higher floors and it would have been really bad if we were closer to the street. Amenities are meager and even so we had to ask for stuff, since items were usually forgotten (including soap, shower cap, the basic). The room design has many flaws, including no places to hand towels, bad lightning that obliges you to disturb your spouse, no velcro in the black out shades, several small but important enough details that after a day or two gets to you. Location is great, it is a lovely neighborhood, the cost benefit is still quite good, but I was not so overwhelmed and grateful as some of the reviews had lead me to believe I would.

The location is very safe and very close to all local attractions (close to parks, squares, banks, galeria pacifico, Calle Florida, etc...). Breakfast was very good and included in the price. The room was not as cozy as i would prefer, a bit outdated (and cold in the winter!), but it was comfy. I think it's a very good option for a business person just needing internet, clean room and comfy bed. Service was outstanding (bellboys were very helpful). Hairdryer didn't work but in less than 5 minutes that i called they brought a new one.

In February, a group of us went to Buenos Aires for about a week. We selected Dazzler Suites Juncal based on the reviews the hotel received on Trip Advisor and luckily, we weren't disappointed.

Overall, the hotel is quite small (so small, you can easily miss the front entrance if you're not careful). As I recall, there were 8 or 9 floors with two rooms per floor. Since there were four people in our group, we were able to stay on the same floor, two of us to a room. One room with a king bed and two rooms with two twin/full size beds.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are quite large. Each room includes a bathroom, kitchenette, living area/desk space, bed(s) and small balcony. The bathroom could use some upgrading, but fortunately, they were clean.

Since the balcony faces a fairly busy street, it can get a little loud in the mornings. I was the only that was slightly bothered by this, as my traveling companions didn't seem to hear any noise.

There are several small restaurants, grocery stores, etc within a two to three block radius. Additionally, several subway stations can be found within a few blocks.

Continental breakfast was included with our stay; breakfast was served at the small restaurant next door to the hotel. It included an assortment of cereals, muffins, yogurt, toast, cold cuts and cheese.

The front desk person was extremely kind and helpful. We all agreed that we would definitely stay there again.

I stayed 2 nights at Dazzler Suites Juncal, is was one of three hotels that we spent in our trip to Argentina and it was the best. Large room, very clean, upscale furniture, modern, well kept. Nice people on front desk, Pablo and Ezequiel were always attending our needs. Great location, near Santa Fe street and Altos de Palermo Shopping Center. I will stay again!!!
