Myself and two friends stayed at this hotel from 26 sept for 1 week. We paid a supplement in order that we could have family room with twin beds and sofa bed. We arrived in early hours of morning and were shown to family room with double bed and nothing else. The porter spoke NO English so after a considerable amount of time we were allocated an extra room which contained twin beds (no balcony or terrace) which meant that one of us had to sleep in family room on their own. We spoke to rep the next day who said that family room should have contained camp bed but we were promised family room with twin beds and sofa bed which is the reason we paid the extra supplement. Expecting 2 women to share a double bed and one to sleep in camp bed was unacceptable. Because the hotel was practically empty we were awarded the two rooms for the rest of the holiday but we would have preferred to have all been in one room which is what we were promised. We also had complaint regarding facilities. There was only one bar available, the Pool Bar, although brochure advertised Beach Bar, Pool Bar and Terrace Bar. The pool bar had an extensive menu but unfortunately only offerred burger and chips! Other facilities advertised in brochure, namely massage and beauty salon were also unavailable. We paid quite a high price for this holiday which did not live up to expectations.
