“the cosy "chateau" for hiking fans on top of unique landscape”

in fact this is the best area with magnificant landscape of Fethiye overlooking the beautifull bay with all the islands including Rhodes...The property has a private house atmosphere where you feel immediately at home. The owners are operating this 8 room(very large with nice individually made furniture..) with great enthusiasm and full of pleasure with the first class hospitality. Same time they are great specialist for hiking, knowing many routes (also non common/not known to everybody) the only problem is the first class food prepared everyday with several courses where you can not escape....

Room Tip: all rooms have their own advantage and charm....

“Quietly excellent luxury”

It is not easy to combine the facilities required for a good pampering with the feeling of being a guest in a rural turkish village home but some how the Mandarin achieves that.

The whole hotel is exquisitely furnished in an eclectic fashion without becoming too formal or too quaint. The attention to detail in combining soft fabrics with traditional wooden furniture works really well to create an immediately relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.

The rooms are large and well equipped - with big shower rooms and double jacuzzis. Also tea and coffee making facilities and mini bar. There are lots of outside areas in and out of shade and a large enough pool and whirlpool. The catering is out of this world and all food prepared "on show" in the open plan kitchen/dining room by local women who are friendly and attentive and make you feel like a guest or visiting friend rather than a Client. There is nothing like being greeted by afternoon tea and cake after a long walk! The 5 course evening meals are just delicious and presented without even having to go to the bother of making choices! The daily menus are selected and overseen by the chic Ayeshagul, the manager and director who oversees the whole operation in a gentle and seemingly effortless way.

Room Tip: Upstairs rooms have a better view

“A Secret Garden”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 November 2010

We came to Mandarin Hotel, for our Honeymoon occasion and stayed for 9 days. The room we stayed was really stunning; with huge jakuzi, wooden furniture, a huge relax bed, a lovely scenery from the terrace..
The interior design, garden plan and set up, pool area, the trees, flowers etc, created a secret and decent place for us in Oludeniz.
The service quality, food, lovely attitude of people, fire place, pretty dog Pasha all in combination, made our stay colorful.
We made long walking in the village, inside the forest to the seaside etc.
If you want to make a holiday, relax, in piece and happiness, we highly recommend this hotel for you..

“good hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 October 2010

It is a decent hotel with good serivce.
I am not sure whether I would stay there again, but anyway I had a good time there. I do recommend it to other travellers.
The location was perfect for me. Sleep quality could have been better, but I was so tired that it was ok. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. Fine selection but poor quality.
