“If you want to sit by the pool all day and drink, place to be. Otherwise pretty ordinary”

Stayed for two nights as part of a tour. Hotel is very dated & needs an urgent update. Room was ok, no fridge, air-conditioning broke down twice, hot water was off for a day & ecn lost power......very poor. We even rearranged the furniture in the room so we could open the balcony door. Also found a long dark hair in the bed. Food was average, felt like school camp. Staff we friendly though and were helpful. However, would never recommend staying here. Very popular for package deals and travelers from the uk seeking sun.

“Positives and Negatives but still very recommendable!”

Myself & my partner stayed here for 10 days half board paying just £7 per person per night! As you'd expect for this price food was of limited choice and repetitive, however it was fresh and we never went hungry. You could sit in the outside seating area which was lovely. Upon arrival we found we had a ground floor pool view room which was riddled with mosquitoes, a helpful reception member sprayed fly repellent in the room but the smell was so overpowering we requested a room change shortly after getting there at 1 in the morning, which was no problem and we were given a 2nd floor room instead. The rooms were small but adequate and thick walls which makes a change. The downside to having a pool room is the noise from the bar at night often goes on to the early hours of the morning and you also hear quite a bit of roadside traffic, but take a pair of earplugs and you will be fine! The first thing we noticed about the hotel was the lovely fragrant gardens, they had their own fruit trees so the fruit served at mealtimes was as fresh as could be! Lovely clean spacious pool area and reasonably priced drinks & food served at the bar. The cleaners came in and made your bed and gave you fresh towels every day, although what we really would of appreicated would of been the floor being mopped, which it wasnt once during our ten day stay. Hisaronu was a nice lively area, good mix of shops bars and restaurants. The beaches were a short bus ride away and to be honest not great, billys beach & sugar beaches are hardly what I could call a beach,it looked like a lake and felt like one swimming amongst the big fish, crabs, jellyfish and what looked lke eels! The main beach in olu deniz wasnt much better, gritty pebbly sand and very rough rocks on the seabed. There is a market in Hisaronu on mondays, worth a look, and a bigger one in fethiye on a tuesday which unless you want to buy fruit & vege, there isnt much that there wasnt in hisaronu. The chillout bar round the corner from the hotel is fab for eating out, varied menu & you could get a lovely 3 course meal for as cheap as £6.90 per person with choices including steak & salmon! There is plenty of trips to go on at reasonable prices, a fair in the centre & go karting, so it would be hard to get bored! If i was to return to the area I would defintely stay at Seyir Village Hotel again!

This has to be one of the best holidays I have ever had, and I have been to lots of places around the world. accommodation and food is basic, but absolutely does the job for what you pay. staff are so friendly are more than willing to make this a memorable holiday. So thankyou Mehmet (Elvis) & Abdullah (Albert). not forgetting the rest of the staff! Please give this Hotel at least one chance. Don't listen to bad reviews.
