“Already booked for next year!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 October 2011

We spent 3 weeks here in August and have just booked again for next year. A great hotel in a great location, ideally situated for shops and restaurants and for exploring Fethiye, Hisaranu and Olu Deniz. The apartments are basic but are very clean and spacious. The pool area was lovely with plenty of inflatables and sunbeds. The family atmosphere created by Lisa, Mehmet and family means the hotel is very safe for the kids and they were able to go off and play pool on their own - meaning a bit of peace and quiet for us! Spending time in the bar was like spending time in your own local - there was always someone to share a drink and chat with and everyone was having a good time. If mini bars and flat screen TVs are on your holiday wish list then this is not the hotel for you but if you want a great holiday in a welcoming environment and good value for money then this may well be the hotel for you.

Thanks Lisa and Mehmet for a great holiday - look forward to seeing you again next year. Karen, Chris, Ellis, Jake & Fin x

Room Tip: If possible I would opt for a room overlooking the pool.

“Good value for money”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 September 2011

We went to this hotel around 10 years ago (on a last minute deal and initially didnt think it was for us but and found it very welcoming and really enjoyed ourselves so went back). Yes it is basic but it is clean and for the cost really what do you expect. It hasnt changed at all. it is still a cheap hotel and if you want something a bit more flashy then this isnt for you but we found it very relaxing and laid back (perhaps a bit laid back at times but that could just be Turkey!)

The food was good in the hotel, and the general service was good but one particular bar staff wasnt so good (I think Im too old to be of any interest to him so I felt he let the side down as all the other staff were great but he was only interested in pulling the girls ....)

What was good also was the hotel would phone up Billy's beach and they would send a shuttle service (free) to pick you up and drop you back off which was good as we went there every few days.

I personally wouldnt do the B&B again as Im not a big breakfast eater and Turkish isnt really for me but we will go back next year in a self catering apartment instead (which we had a look at).

I do know this hotel is not for everyone and we had met some guests who werent so impressed but we need a cheap holiday and this is good value for money (shame the flights arent cheaper). The beds are comfy, the bathroom is clean, they do this daily, so for us it is perfect.

If I didnt have a child, then I wouldnt be so keen possibly as the owners do have children and some of their friends came over to the pool which could be noisy (I could filter it out tho !!)

“Fantastic Holiday!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 September 2011

We have recently got back from our holiday in Turkey where we stayed at the Koseoglu Hotel and Apartments. We had a fabulous holiday there and Lisa, Mehmet and all the staff were lovely. All very friendly and helpful. In fact Lisa and Mehmet helped us organise our wedding which took place on a boat belonging to a friend of Mehmet's! After our wedding ceremony we came back to the Koseoglu where Lisa and her staff had arranged a lovely meal for us and all our guests. We ate at beautifully decorated tables which had been set up around the pool area. It was a perfect day. We will definately return for another holiday at the Koseoglu. It was good value for money and ideally situated for visiting Fethiye, Hisaranu and Olu Deniz. Karen, Barry, Lucy and Kiera.

“Low key, family orientated, relaxing and fun!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 September 2011

We visited Turkey for the first time last year and really enoyed it, so booked again for two weeks in August this year. We stayed at the Koseoglu which had been recommended to us. Lisa and Mehmet were very friendly and welcoming and made sure that all our needs were met. Their hospitality was second to none, nothing was ever too much trouble and all the staff were attentive and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The facilities were basic however were more than adequate, the rooms were cleaned everyday and the linen changed regularly. The food was very good and the bar atmosphere at night was great fun! If it's a low key, family orientated, relaxing, fun holiday you are after, this is the place for you! Dave, Alison and Lucy xxx
