“Perfect Holiday”

We spend 8days in this hitel. The hotel is so gorgeous and magnificent.
The staff were very friendly. There was working lots of animator. They recruited young people to do fun. Every night was show on stage.
The pool was pretty crowded. If get late, you can not find sunbed near the pool. The beech was so cool. The see was suddenly deep. The cost covered sand. There was always a place.
A lot of Russian people was there. They were drinking and shouting.

Room Tip: The second floor is bad, becouse there are a level shifting! The view is so bad in these rooms.

Gorgeous hotel ,amazing food fresh orange juice and honey at breakfast .only one small criticism the lack of entertainment the animation team worked very hard and were brilliant with children. there was one professional show in the two weeks that we stayed at this hotel. :
this could be improved on. All the guests were very polite. Book this hotel you won't be disappointed.

“How do I say Nice in Russian?”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 August 2011

The hotel itself is nice, but it's completely Russian oriented... We felt a bit displaced... It was, until now, the best hotel that we saw to entertain the kids, it had all (parks, slides, mini disco, babysitter, sports, etc.), too bad our daughter was not born yet!

A very big failure was the service overall. The reception staff was not helpful at all, the people of the bar didn't seem to care and the restaurants, especially at dinner, were too crowded.

I would say 90% of the guess were Russian and very few from other nationalities, what is fantastic for the Russians, but for the rest, not because they were not kind, but because of the language, were to difficult to interact.

Room Tip: Ask for sea or pool view and take advantage of the thematic restaurants (avoid the crowd on the norm...

“We loved it but might go elsewhere next time”

It was fantastic and probably the funnest hotel of all the hotels on the strip. The food was excellent and it had the best pool I have ever seen. The beach itself was great ...only Caribbean and Greek Isles are better. Beats any beach in Spain! The interior decor was a bit much anticipate a Rajpur maharaja palace in Las Vegas but it gave it a playful theme. The service is great but not intrusive. While there were a lot of kids and it makes for a fantastic travel destination with kids the grounds and the pool were large enough that you could find your own quiet corner of the beach. during certain hours it was hard to find an area of the hotel without music ... but one can always go to the room or to the beach for a quiet area to read. The visitors were sophisticated and diverse and despite free drinks no one was loud or obnoxious. This is a perfect place for a family or bunch of friends to vacation together but for romantic getaway or a more relaxing time I would pick other hotels right down the beach from there. I would go back but the prices while good are not exactly a deal and there is more in the world to see ... Still have to give it a solid 10!
