1. Territory: well-planned, beautiful and huge and u have a great possibility to visit Golf and Verde as well.
2. There is a nice swimming pool with a sea water inside and its surrounds the hotel. Just perfect!
3. Restaurants: so many different сuisine for any taste and of course a chief is really makes magic and i am sure u will be satisfied.
4. Children: new great mini club with different equipment and u will not see ur children all day long.
5. Rooms: very nice, cozy,comfortable.
6. Stuff: friendly and professional barmen in lobby bar,good room service, guest relations.
7. The only thing i am not satisfied is a beach because of seabed - too much stones.

In conclusion i should say its worth to visit this nice place and u wil have really great vacation.

We stayed at the Gloria Serenity in September 11 for my 40th birthday,our previous visit being in June11. We booked a Laguna pool room for myself,hubby & teenage son. We were perhaps spoilt by our 1st visit as we were upgraded to a suite,so with no upgrade this time it was slightly disappointing. The room seemed small & i felt that a camp bed in the lounge was poor as we had paid full adult price for my son & he's a tall lad!! I did ask if we could change rooms but was told the hotel was full. It was nice to step straight out to our sunloungers(despite them only providing 2!) but it was no where near as private as the suite. we were quite close to the area where the aqua aerobics took place so it was rather annoying to hear the same cd blasted out twice a day!
We booked into the french a la carte on the evening of my 40th where they put a lovely flower arrangement on our table,bought a cake & sang happy birthday & provided a small firework display at the end for myself & some fellow celebrating diners.
As on our previous holiday we requested a vegetarian meal when we ate at the a la cartes & found them to be very accomodating with this.
We found the majority of staff to be polite & hardworking,there can sometimes be a slight communication problem when making specific requests,such as ordering a certain food item but overall they try extremly hard to please.
We attended the white sensation party on the pier & the devil party in the nightclub ,both were fantastic. It was a real shame that the four seasons party had to be cancelled due to a very heavy storm.
Overall I still think this is a beautiful place to stay,food & drink are excellent,good service,luxurious grounds but for the price we paid this time I didn't feel we had value for money.(also a very big let down was from Thomas Cook-MASSIVE ques at Manch airport where we were told if we paid £5 each we could jump the que,squashed plane,no entertainment & yet again massive ques when we arrived in Turkey,very very poor).
If you can afford a suite or villa,go for it!

We stayed in Gloria Serenity Resort from the 1st of September 2011 untill 12th September.

It was the best holliday we had! We stayed at Lykia World Antalya before (which was also very good), but you can't compare it with Gloria:
- The food was great (the only restaurant we didn't like, was the fish restaurant. But maybe this was our own opinion)
- The pools were fantastic and huge!
- The room is big and very nice. Also a nice bathroom.
- We tried room-service (which is included) at night around 3 'o clock. We had to wait about 30 minutes, but the food was also good and good temperature

We are young people and like to relax during the day (without animation around the pool), but we also like to have a party at night. In this hotel, there are a few party's a week: this party's are really good! The decoration, the drinks, the appetizers (sometimes), ... everything was ok.

We also liked the staff over here. They were friendly and did a good job.

Drinks are the real brands (sometimes you have to ask for them, but they give them to you) and all included.

A nice touch for dutch speaking people: there is a very nice Dutch girl at the guestrelation lobby (Leonie). She is very friendly and helped us with everything we asked! This is a nice thing if you ever have a problem and are not so good with other languages...

What else can i say... It just was an amazing holliday and we deffenitely will go back there!

We have spent a recent holiday away from the European winter, and we choose Gloria Serenity as our destination. We read a lot about the resort and all positive things were definately true. We have Gloria now on top of our list, it was definately our number one. The outstanding service, professionals that work there, delicious choise of foods and the All Includive system is complete. Oh and the rooms, with the view.. Absolutely perfect! We want to thank the guest relations for their services. We have told our friends about the resort and we are planning another holiday soon!
