Have just returned from this hotel and would certainly not class it as 5 star.The hotel is nice inside but from outside looks terrible, when we arrived we were put in one of the annexe buildings as were all the other british guests on our ,asked to be moved but was told have to wait a few days .The next day 400 schoolchildren arrived with a few teachers , we also had about 8 football teams and tennis players, when you went to the restaurant it was like being in the school cafeteria all the children barging in and the noise was horrendous. The food was not very nice I am a very fussy eater and that didnt help but if you liked chicken it was ok because that was all you got lunchtime and dinner ,also meatballs and other terrible stuff, I really dont think should be selling this holiday as thay dont cater much for british. They advertise some international brands of drink, we never got any, the vodka was disgusting and if you wanted even local malibu you were told you had to pay for it, the only good thing about the bar was Hasan and Soner they are a credit to the hotel very friendly and very good at their job. The entertainment in the evening was some sort of show that lasted an hour apart from 1 or 2 of them the rest were terrible. The only good thing I can say about this hotel was it was clean and the staff were nice.We went to a 5 star hoping for peace and quiet but we never got that, I dont think all those children should have been there, I would class this hotel as 3 star.Will never be back.

dropped at hotel met in reception and taken to check in room No put on bags then just leave them delivered . to room smiles from all staff

up to room very large 3 balconys mini fidge stocked with soft drinks
32"flat screen comfy beds shower not strong maid service did not get her name? but always smiling towels changed every day even changed the duvet

bar area hasan, gurgan?and the rest always helpful very quick service and always smiling do not know why with the hours they worked and some rude quests you always get them
there is always some one cleaning .place was spotless

dinning room choice of food exellant waiters swiftly clearing tables topping up wine when needed. some one always with a broom sweeping up [there are some messy greedy quests]

outside area was lovely pleny of sunbeds[only had 2 days of sun] beach bar service was great had snacks in afternoon if did not want lunch had games all the time shooting[need a new rifle] darts and french balls

last but but not least duygu what a bundle of joy about 5ft /1.5 but never stops speaks several tounges fleuntly should be a translator management take note

what can i say the holiday was amazing we went to the atlantis hotel for a week in january 17th to 24th when we got there we was really well treated from start to finisg the food was great so much choice and different things for different people the bar staff was great really friendly and well the entertainment well all i can say is wow i would like to thank ahmet and his team i would recommend the hotel to any one who is looking for a great holiday in a great place in the best hotel ive ever stayed in

every thing very cleaned and very nice.staff pleasant and friendly. songul,hasan and guner very helpful really lovely people!!!we want to thank you ındeed for the excellent service of sukru kural, mehmet turker and specially fort he nice decorated birthday table, which was a great surprise!.
