Foot-beverage and environment; it was really great. I recommend everyone who wants to go to vacation in quite , peacefull and well organized place.

I had a garden pavilion which means a little house for yourself (always four of them clustered back to back) with a seating corner and little terrace. Very nice room except when it is raining to trudge through the rain to get to the main building for meals.
The restaurant is good but of course repeats itself over the course of a week.
Very friendly cats. They appreciate tuna.
I was there for a business meeting and therefore used the conference center which had very good service (very good wireless in all the hotel).
Only criticism would be the opening hours for the gym (8 am to 7 pm) which makes is almost impossible to go there if you are at the hotel for work.

this is our 3rd trip to belek, and as always fantastic!! from arrival to departure fantastic, the service is second to none, hotel, shuttles, golf(just one blip) the matrix rep (arhmet) was fantastic in our hour of need, he was there for us when we needed his help and nothing was too much trouble, the hotel was very busy yet all the staff were attentive and curtious at all times, and the facilities were just as good as we remember, the food was great and the choice never ending, thank you all at the gloria golf resort!!!

We stayed at this hotel with our 7 year old daughter after being upgraded from Golf Verde since they were fully booked. It is a lovely hotel with high quality standards. We were given a ground gloor garden room with a balcony which we never used apart from putting our laundry. They have lovely airers to hang wet clothes and other stuff. Its not that type of a hotel you would see towels and clothes hanging on balconies. The gardens are well kept and they have a lovely feel to it.
There is an adult pool which was very quite and about 5 children pools which are in well maintained leafy green grounds and this is open for 2 hours in the morning and from 3-5 in the evening. This worked very well for us as there is a children club that runs throughout the day until 6pm. The Gogi children club staff are bilingual and spoke English with other languages as well. We found them to be very friendly with children and very welcoming, something that I have to say was the complete opposite of the staff at the reception from my own point of view. We were a bit hesistant to approach the reception staff. Having said this all the other Gloria staff overally seem to be very well trained and professional.

There is also an open plan games room with a warm feel to it with lots of games- Chess, Draught, Scrabbles, Jenga etc. We used this mostly after dinner.

In the evening there was also a mini disco indoor for the kids. It was also very lovely and my daughter liked it, though the stage seemed a small and crowded at times with not enough space for the chidren to freely dance. This was in October and not sure what this will be like in the peak of the summer season.

The food was really good and there was a lot of healthier options though we rarely opted for this and chose to indulge in other food as we were on holiday. There is a lovely gymn anyway and plenty of pavements to have a walk. Also there is a long paved walking trail alongise the River at the back of the Gloria Golf which connects with other Gloria Hotels- Serenity and Verde that residents can use.

The beach was a bit of a dissapointment to me and thats one of the reason I haven't gave this hotel a 5 star overall rating. However the Gloria Serenity one is much more pleasant and very lovely though I am not sure if will be suitable with younger children. It seem to be more suited for couples. The hotel could replicate the standards of Gloria Serenity beach. Also at the beach there is only a beach bar serving drinks though I would have liked to have them serving food as well. We had to cross the bridge from the beach to get food.

There is wireless connection which is free of charge and super fast but we found the connection better inside the hotel rather than outside. We accessed the internet using smartphones and do not know what the connection will be like on other devices such as laptops or tablets. The TV has a few free stations and the rest are paid for.

For other things that the hotel charges for such as direct internet acces, extra tv channel this came at a larger premium. However for us it was not an issue as we were not interested in these. It was more of a plus for us as we were escaping the hectic life that we live on these days with such mod cons.

Overally I would highly recommend the hotel and I would go back to the hotel again. I highly recommend the hotel fro families.
