My wife and myself stayed at the Kynsna Hollow for 3 nights between Dec 29 - Jan 01. It is place that we found very homely, the staff extremely hospitable and helpful.

A particular mention to be made of Francois - he was very helpful in letting us know about the various sights that need to be seen in the local area and Charlene was helpful in calling the various places and making the reservations.

The only flip side we saw was the unavailability of a double bed. In our room - we had two twin side beds that were joined to form a double bed. I wish there was a single double bed, which definitely scores over two twins joined together.

We spent three nights here in December 2011 with our 2 teenage sons. The staff are all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in 2 of the cottages, which were very spacious,comfortable, well equipped and clean. The grounds were beautiful and very well cared for. The breakfast and evening meals were very good . Excellent location and would recommend it for visiting this area.

We stayed here at the end of November2011 having flown to George in the Western Cape. The hotel is beautifully laid out and the accommodation was very clean and spacious. The cost of the meals is similar to that of the UK, but the wine is cheaper and of excellent quality. Its location makes it ideal for visiting the Western Cape of South Africa.
