“Clean/nice place, but a little far from the city center”

I stayed at Elements as a volunteer. I stayed there for about two months. For a solo traveler it might not be the best. It is small and a little hard to meet other travelers if that is what you want. It is also far away from Cape Town central. If you have a car it might not be a big deal, but if you are on a budget and can't afford to rent a car it is a hassle. However, the lodge is clean and very safe. Esther and Remo certainly know how to take care of their guesthjouse. Perfect for families or couples. Also volunteers get a really good deal.

thanks a lot for your review! the myciti bus has finally started to run from table view into the city centre and also to the airport. it is now very convenient also for travellers without cars to reach all sights from elements lodge.

Elements is a friendly , affordable place to stay in a fantastic quiet, safe location in Cape Town an easy drive from the airport

“Spectacular”

I dont normally write reviews but this one deserves it! The place feels like home. The people are warm, friendly and extremely nice. It was my first trip to Cape Town, and the hosts helped discover the beautiful city of CApe Town. We went for 3 days and have seen lots and lots of places. Thank you guys! Will definately come back again very soon. Will recommend to friends as well! Had a really nice stay!

We stayed at Elements for 5 nights and we did have a great time there. Everything went smoothly, from the booking of the accommodation, to the arrival late in the evening and also the booking of a massage – done by a lady from the neighbourhood who comes by the lodge for the massage.

The neighbourhood is safe, it’s very close to the beach, there’s a shopping mall and a movie theatre nearby and lots of restaurant choices as well.

All in all, a relaxing place just outside Cape Town with an incredible view on the table mountain!

We've spend the two last days of our holiday at elements in Table View. It's a very nice place with all you need for a relaxed stay. I really appreciated the hospitality of the owners. Everything is well organised, a lot of information on the area, magazines for reading, internet... nice garden. Very nice appartment!
