Sweet Orange is a pretty B&B in Sea Point and the location is good (close to the beach and not so far from Waterfront and Cape Town). We had no problem to park the car in the street and you don't need a GPS to go there.
The staff is friendly and you can feel like "at home" specially if you like old classic houses.
The breakfast served in the garden is not so terrific and a bit expensive. The Wi-fi is charged and very expensive.
We felt that Sweet Orange, formely a backpakers' accomodation, is now moving to a more traditionnal hotel making this place less cool than it has been supposed to be ;-)
