Stayed here for 4 nights. If you want luxury or comfort, you might want to opt for something nicer. If you are travelling on a budget but want something not too cramped but rather spacious, this can work. It is self-catering meaning no bellmen/porters, you have a kitchen - it is basically like a small apartment. Breakfast is a full-breakfast, not bad bearing in mind you are not paying that much.
If internet plays an important role, choose something else. Even though the wi-fi signal was in our bedroom, I was only able to connect the morning I cheked out. When we enquired about it, we were told to sit in the corner of the lobby-area because the signal is "good" there...we expected to have a connection in our room as the hotel's web site does not explain that there is only "limited" coverage.
Breakfast was fine - I had no problems with that.
The pullout-sofa is NOT the most comfortable and do not have sheets or blankets...ask for it when you check-in or beforehand!
The main-bed had a fitted sheet on but no top-sheet and we were forced to sleep directly under the blanket (All travellers know that hotel-blankets are not the cleanest...).
The bathroom was VERY moldy, small and rather yucky. I know coastal-areas have non-stop problems with mold...but as a hotel...there are products out there to help with it.
So in short, if you only need a place to sleep, take a quick shower and does not mind the noise from other guests (the hotel is built like an apartment complex with outdoor hallways etc.) and can take care of yourself - the Sir Francis is fine.
If you are a clean-freak and want comfort and staff that can give you attention when you need it, stay somewhere else.
