The location is incredible, 10-15 min away from many of the sites, Waterfront, Camps Bay, Clifton and across the street from a beach if you don't want to take a taxi.
Rooms: The room I stayed in was a large with a king size bed and a jacuzzi size tub (note, not a jacuzzi, just a large tub). The view every morning was of Lion's Head Mountain and Table Mountain. Some of the rooms have a living room and kitchenette, this is great but food is pretty inexpensive so not necessary. The smaller rooms are..SMALL. Good for one person, tight for two unless you're a couple. Unless I was in a suite or in one of the rooms with a living room, or by myself I'd stay elsewhere.
Food: The breakfast is excellent, everything from cheese plates with jams and fresh croissants to an omelet station and fresh fruit. I am very picky about coffee and always bring my own but I didn't use it once, the coffee is very good. If you are there for a conference, the lunch and dinner are great and the desserts (best creme brulee I've ever had and toffee sticky pudding) are amazing!
Service: The service is great (thanks Rahzeem for being so attentive and Denzel for being the nicest driver ever).
Pool: Warning: If you require a pool, this is not the place for you. The pool is basically the size of a jacuzzy in the back with four beach chairs around it and there isn't alot of sun because it is blocked by a tall building.
Extra:There IS a great second floor balcony with an amazing view. I had dinner at La Perla which is in walking distance and the food is incredible! They have a nougat dessert that is AMAZING.
I will defenitely stay at Premier if I visit Cape Town again.
