We had a very spacious unit with two bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms,Clean and well maintained and good value. A short taxi ride into the city area. We left a folder with some papers behind and the staff were very helpful in forwarding them on to our next accommodation

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite for 6 nights in January '12. The staff would go out of their way to be very pleasant and helpful and no request was too big. The rooms were very large, kitchen well equipped, and a large lounge with satelitte tv. The complimentary shuttle was also an added bonus in this well-located hotel overlooking Table Mountain.

I booked this accommodation at the last minute as I was turned off by some of the reviews but had run out of options.
Am I glad that happened! What a great accommodation and so spacious too. It is in the city centre and very close to all the tourist places. They have two swimming pools,kids play area and bbq area too. My two toddlers enjoyed themselves to bits! Our rooms were huge,patio was huge,kitchen well equipped,tv had great selection of channels. There was really nothing we could fault with the room itself. Only bad thing really was it took ages to get checked in as the hotel has difficulty with guests wanting to overstay. Guess they were enjoying it too much as well. We just sat at the pool and had lovely welcome drink from reception while we waited for the final cleaning of our accommodations. I would defnitely recommend this place. Great staff too that are very helpful.

Although not the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, definitely the most disappointing stay I have had in Cape Town. Unimpressive in every way. We were there for two nights - one colleague didn't have her room cleaned at all and the other had to repeatedly ask for clean towels. There is much better value for money than this in Cape Town!
