i travel extensivley with work and see a lot of hotels. What i liked about 15 on Orange was it was pretty unique in deisgn. Very modern and cool hotel. Huge rooms a real bonus, and if you like to go out, Long street is on the doorstep.
This hotel is now my hotel choice when in Cape Town

Spent some time at the hotel for business and was catered to from the moment I arrived till well after I left. I had some issues with damaged bags that were promptly dealt with with a full replacement, including sourcing the luggage and bringing it back to the room. I was so impressed by this level of service I sent flowers to the customer relationship staff on duty.
I love the mountain facing view and the suites are a delight. I recommend the open plan suite. The food is gorgeous and the service is top.

Real Stylish Hotel, this one very modern. Love the look and the furnisher. Even though it was just a quick pop in for a milk shake, which was great by the way,some things didn't make sense.
Concierge is the first form of staff you get after the doorman of course. Offered help but looked at me like I was going to attack them .Then up onto the first floor to reception. If I was checking in to this hotel, I wouldn't want to have to go that far for a simple check-in.
Other than that strange lay out everything else is pretty good. drinks snacks, comfort. next maybe I'll be there longer than 2 hours.

The staff went above and beyond to get things done for us during our stay without us asking them to do so. The rooms and bathrooms were amazing especially with the view of table mountain. The breakfast was wonderful, the location was great, service was spot on. Only complaints are no iron or ironing boards in the room, and the fee to have the hotel car take you places is a bit high
