“Good service as always”

I have stayed at Selati a few times for business, and have also used it for clients. I have never been disappointed and the extra effort from them is noted. The last time I arrived there on a Sunday afternoon with guests and it was a smooth book in as always, but I have notified them earlier the week on arrival time(As everybody should do for an Sunday). Breakfast and Dinner has always been good, and the breakfast boxes just as good. Selati is a good B&B, with good service, space, privacy, clean, safe and with all the necessaries you can think of. Over all a very good option and good value for money.

If you are looking for a place to stay, well then you have found the perfect one if you are staying at Selati 103 Guest Cottages.

At reception the staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped as plan our route and made us a lovely packed breakfast as we were leaving very early the following day.

We had fresh cut flowers in the room every day, and I still don't know how they did it, but when we went out and came back, our place was spotless, fresh towels and clean linnen! What more could you ask for? This all happend without any inconvience for the guests. The swimming pool at the back of the Cottage was a pleasant surprise. And the garden is WOW! I'm sure this is a little piece of Heaven here on earth!

Even at breakfast you will not be dissapointed. With such excellent service received, how could we not recommend this Place to you??

Selati was a very nice place to stay for one night, but recommending it for more than that will be difficult.

Firstly we waited around by the office (wich was closed at 15:00 when we arrived) for someone to check us in. Eventually we were taken to our room which was quite nice. Except for the Tv being in a weird space on the wall and you had to sit in the kitchen to watch it. And the "king size bed" was in fact only 2 single beds pushed together, and sleeping in the gap is not fun.


Otherwise it is vey safe and has a wonderful swimming pool.

There were no staff most of the time

Selati is great! Maybe Bea was unfair with her comment?

As I did not get any earlier opportunity to reply on Bea's comment I would like to do so now. As Bea did not leave her surname or did not book in as Bea- I could not trace the incident after this long time.

The property is more than 10,000 sq meters in size and therefore there is an intercom at Reception with four phones connected which are always answered promptly and friendly (we might walk "out of the remote range" for a second).

The 2 single beds have a 2 inch King size top-mattress. We can provide a little more expensive Double-bed unit next time.

The staff is taught to be quiet and unseen as people are here to have peace and quiet and we do not provide room service, but self-catering with B&B. The intercom/office/ telephone are there for any problem to be reported.

The TV stand is above the counter top area to provide more working space. Only the big Family units are not open-plan units. Our Standard units are really value for money!

Selati gets great positive comments on a daily basis and overall a 4/5 and we also got semi-finalist results in the AA Travel Awards when we competed.

We strive to maintain the high level of feedback that we generally receive and regret any deviations from our standards.
