Well, what an experience. Drove from Grand Canyon to Lake Havasu and was amazed on how big and how hot it was here. Drove aroudnf or ages looking for the Hotel, of which we were not made aware of that it had changed names. After about an hour we found it and from the outside it looked.... ok. Checked in, after having to make a further payment and then went to the room. Got in the elevator and could smell somethign odd. Not sure if something had died in there and they were tryting to cover up the smell. Anyway, room was a furnace and the air conditioning unit was a fan blower thing that did not work quick enough. By this time it was about 21.00hr and 90. Thought we would shower to call down,...... no running water, only from the tap. Had a so call wash down and then went out for dinner. Found a lovely restaturant and sat there for as long as possinle as their air conditioning unit worked. Went back to Hotel and tried to sleep, but it was too hot. Restless night. Woke in the morning and opened the curtains to find 2 gun shops opposite this Motel. Checked out and left immediately. If you do decide to go there, be careful. Would return to Lake Havasu, but would stay near to the water front. Enjoy your stay there!!

“Jail Cell”

To start off with the room was reminiscent of a jail cell due to the cinder block wall which occupied most of the room. The size was small and the bedding was dirty. The worst room I've ever stayed in hands down. Would never recommend it to anyone unless you like run down Motel's.

“Friday the 13th - it fit”

We checked in Friday the 13th of February, 2004. Problem with the linen - never got hand towels or wash cloth. Dirty linens in bags all over the office and check in area. Rooms were advertised as having microwave and refrigerator - but did not have. Pulled vertical blinds at night and three or four slats were missing.

“Not a pleasant experience”

Arrived at the motel and was advised there is a 300 dollar damage deposit. When making the reservation I was never informed. Received a key to my room that did not work. Went back down in the elevator that had writing all over the walls to the desk and waited for assistance from desk clerk, we went back upstairs and nope key does not work so she let me in and boy what a surprise...my non-smoking 2 queen bed room was a smoking room with 1 bed (for 4 people). The carpet was dirty, walls dirty and no closet. I told the desk clerk that I confirmed a room with 2 queens and non-smoking she informed me that this room was the last room available. I told her that I would like to speak to the manager she said wait here and I will get him. After a 1/2 hour passed I called down to the front desk and was advised that a new room was available and to come down and get the key (what happened to no other rooms available?) Picked up the key to our new room which was on the top floor, opened the door to a heat wave (outside temp 110) and no air on in the room, it took 3 hours for the room to cool down to bearable temperature. The floor in the room was in need of repair, uneven and in some areas it felt as if you would fall thru. We checked out a day early with someone whom I assume was the manager, he asked if there was a problem and I explained and he offered no apologies.I am a travel agent and will never recommend this motel to any of my clients.
