Absolutely top class hotel. balcony had stunning view of the bridge, and the outside bar was really nice to sit at in the evening. Beds were probably best we slept on through the whole of our 3 week holiday and the service was very good. Drinks at the bar were only $2 each which was very good value. Nice luxurious hotel.

This is the ONLY place you should consider staying while in Havasu. From the moment you walk through the doors you know you're in an upscale environment - somewhat of an anomolie in Havasu. They have a bar at check-in-HELLO-how cool is that? We booked a suite and were given probably the best room in the house (2nd floor corner with a balcony). Be sure to check out Javalina and Barley Bros-great food on the cheap.

Rooms are comfortable enough - beds very comfy, pillows even more so. Brilliantly positioned for a great view of the bridge. But terrible soundproofing. The guests upstairs sounded like a herd of elephants. Bathrooms are nice but there was barely any hot water. No room service, no champagne (!?), no TV movies, no wifi (there should be, but it doesn't work, bring a cable or borrow theirs), no pool. Not essential stuff but bear in mind if these are expected (as they are by me) if you book a "boutique" hotel. Nice staff though and all in all pretty good value.

The idea is ridiculous and camp - to attract visitors to a new city in the Arizona desert by transplanting a historic bridge from London, England here. But it worked and Lake Havasu City is a busy resort (especially for watersports) on the Colorado River. The Heat Hotel (previously known as the Agave Inn) is a beautiful modern boutique hotel with large rooms all overlooking the river and the famous bridge. The hotel also has a very cool (very fine jets of cool water) outside bar - it gets very hot in summer. Beautiful for anyone who enjoys watching water and boats
