I am never suggesting this place to anyone - the service was horrendous and the cleaner was rude to us. We were still using the dirty towels so we couldn't swop them with the clean ones and she refused to give them to us. She clicked her tongue at my friend and walked away screaming her name back at us when we asked for it and management was not even interested when we called to complain, in fact the manager was defending her behaviour, It took like 30 minutes for our drinks to come and another 40 minutes for our bill to come. the general staff were unpleasant and didnt even hold the lift when I asked. The breakfast was disgusting and by the time we stood in the queue for our eggs, it was cold, what's the point! the waitors were not even helpful, only when we shouted, then we got their attention. i called hotel room service and it took so long, the man tells me "we busy here, haven't got waitors, WHAT U WANT"!! is that any way to speak?? also, I did inform the manager that i will posting this review and she didn't seem too phased about it and didn't even apologise so dont bother complaining. The shower is in the bathtub and the shower head doesn't turn so it wets your hair no matter which way you face. This hotel is nowhere near 4 star!!
