Our experience here wasn't great. Front desk area incredibly shabby, lady on front desk unhelpful and unfriendly. Room was ok for one night. Didn't want to chance the breakfast - the breakfast area was enough to put us off!

Feel ripped off. Had a prepaid room but front desk clerk insisted no money had been taken prior to our stay. Told I had to pay again and take it up with Days when I returned to the UK... and unsurprisingly I am still waiting for a response.....

We have stayed in Days Inns all across the Western U.S. and have usually had good luck, but that was not the case at this property. The outside of the motel looks a bit rundown. Our room was not very clean. There were coffee drips on the door, and we found a credit card receipt on the floor from a previous tenant. The furniture was worn and the upholstery was stained, and the bathtub was chipped. There was a large table with chairs in the room which would have been great, except that you couldn't get around it because it was crammed between the bed and the wall. It looks like there are some long-term tenants staying there because several of the units had stuff stacked around them and belongings on the window sills. There were cigarette butts everywhere. The continental breakfast was minimal and the breakfast room was small.

On the positive side, the desk clerk who checked us in was very friendly and pleasant and gave us lots of suggestions about where to eat.

Mechanized sign outside the hotel advertised $39. Upon check in, I was informed that the rate was $49. When I asked why, I was told that they were out of "that type" of room.

Room was quite dark and dingy, and breakfast was pitiful. All I wanted was a piece of fruit, and I had to go across the street to the grocery store rather than eat one of the shriveled, at least month old apples that they were offering.

There is a plethora of motels on this stretch off of I-40, stay somewhere else!!!

We have stayed here at least three times on our trip from Cal to NM. They have done a dreat job with the renovation of an otherwise Plain Jane Motel, the price is right, and the best part, if you are traveling iwth a dog, is the ease of walking them after a long drive. There is a light industrial area behind the motel that is empty by the time we get there. My schnoodle gets a good run without traffic. The breakfast is pretty sparse..sweet roll from Costco and cereal. We get on the road and eat in Flagstaff.
