Our experience started when we called from the road to book a room and the cell phone kept losing service. The person who answered (Shannon or Shana ...?) was patient, and friendly and managed to get us booked over a series of several calls that failed because of our location with poor service while traveling. We were very pleased with her patience and good cheer. When we arrived, we remained pleased. This is a clean, basic hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Indoor pool looked nice (although we were too tired to use it). Our overnight stop was for convenience, and this place was a good pick. We would stay here again if traveling through Kingman, AZ. The beds were a little more firm than we prefer, but that's standard for a lot of hotels of this class. I've also been in ones with even firmer beds, so this was okay. The breakfast was pleasant, although a little "canned." Free, though, and a few good choices. .
