We stayed here three years ago and liked it so much that we stayed here again on a one night stopover between flights. Very friendly and efficient staff.Complimentary laundry done in a few hours which was a great help mid holiday. Great restaurant.

We really enjoyed Ten Bompas... We stayed there for our first night in South Africa before heading east to the bush. We were on our honeymoon.

It is a truly unique little hotel. Beautifully designed and maintained. I think it used to be a private house. Each suite is completely different - each designed by a different person. Our suite was very nice - a big gorgeous bathroom, big bedroom and separate living room. Fruits and champagne and snacks were waiting for us from the hotel when we arrived. Complimentary liquor in the room. Nice views from the balcony of the room.

The grounds of the hotel are very well kept also. There is a nice restaurant where we took breakfast and a bar where we had an evening cocktail. Everything is very stylish. Nice pool, although it was too cold for swimming when we were there in early September 2004.

The only drawback to the hotel is that there is not much to do in the immediate area. It's not a place where you would walk around to do a lot of sight-seeing.

They did our laundry (same day service), which was a complimentary service.

The staff was very helpful and friendly as well.
