While checking in, electrical outage. Consistent problems logging onto internet. Ridiculous charges for internet service. Running toilet, broken door on closet, no irons/ironboard in room, Food average to below average, and poor selection on menu. Air condition in room took forever to cool room. Rooms are aging and need updating. Lighting bad in rooms. Overpriced breakfast buffet. Just not a good experience.
