While booking a room, I had a few questions. My emails were always answered immediately with lots of detail and many options. I was so impressed with the level of service! Unfortunately, I only stayed 1 night, arriving in the evening and leaving the next morning. I`d arrived from Maputo and the B & B seemed like an oasis to me, and it is....beautiful room opening up onto a patio and swimming pool. Very nice and a great breakfast! I had a rental car and found the place pretty easily - it`s just blocks from the beach. I was travelling alone and was a little frazzled when I arrived but they took care of my needs - helping me park my car, carrying my luggage and directing me to a very pleasant restaurant overlooking the beach. It really was great....thanks Guys!!!!

My partner and I have been staying at the Kingfisher Guest House in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, regularly since about 2005, and without a doubt it is the best B&B in PE.
The rooms are very well thought out, very comfortable and have everything we need for an overnight stay before or after very tough monitoring project trips.
The welcome is always fantastic and breakfast a delicious and healthy way to start the day.
There is also a swimming pool and within walking distance of the beach - although we have never had time to use either.

I stayed at the Kingfisher guest house in PE on the 14th &15th of November 2011, I can highly recommend this establishment to any one looking for accommodation in PE, be it on business or holiday. The hosts were professional and friendly, the room I was in was great, very well appointed and the service was far above average. I have travelled locally and Internationally for 15 years and will always make a recommendation when it is appropriate, it does not happen often but this time my experience was 10/10!
