We were snowed in and this was the first hotel we saw as we exited I40. We had a ton of luggage and the only room left was at the end of the hall on the 2nd floor. This hotel doesn't have an elevator. The room we were given had a broken key scanner. After 4 keys that didn't work, we were given another room. They lady at the front was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was alright. We would stay here again, but would request a bottom floor room.

Probably the best option out of a bunch of lesser options. The property is older with lots of wear and tear. The room and common areas are clean but far from sparkling. The room has a wall unit AC/Heater. The bed was very soft, by design or just lots of years of use not sure. Friendly staff. Indoor pool but no fitness room. Standard HI Express breakfast. Overall the property is fine, but seems overpriced.

We actually stayed here twice in June 2011 and were pleased with the overall accommodations. The property doesn't have an elevator and that is a problem if you have luggage and are on the second floor. Hotel was clean and reasonably maintained. It's an older property, although you can't tell from the outside, and there are creaking in the floors from the second floor. Annoying, but not a deal killer. The pool looked very well maintained and had the necessary towels. The desk persons were helpful and did their job well. Breakfast was a normal HIE fare and pretty well stocked during breakfast. The lady who maintains the breakfast area isn't the most friendly person, but she did her job well. Recommend for an overnight stay. Ask about the Italian restaurant down the street from the property.

Stayed here on a one night stay while passing through the area. As with most Holiday Inn's it was easy to get to. I know Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express is a brand you can trust but finding a Holiday Inn Express that almost comes up to the standard of it's big brother is rare - here's one in Holbrook. Bedrooms were spotless and well equipped. Far more amenities than would be expected, breakfast far superior to your usual select service properties, staff friendly and even limitless internet on their lobby computer for those dinosaurs like us that don't own laptops!
Could not fault it one bit.
