Very easy checkin. Room was clean and well equipped, as reserved. Very happy with our accommodations. Very easy to find from Freeway.

In the year 2010, I can't believe that there are still hotels out there with big, old, clunky-style television. I had to watch the Super Bowl without HDTV! I was very disappointed. Other than that, this is a nice place, typical of Holiday Inn Express. Big room, big bathroom. I love the pillow selections. Comfortable bed. Fast wireless Internet. Good breakfast, love the cinnamon rolls. I heard a lot of sirens at night, not sure why, and the parking lot could use a few more lights. I had to get something out of my car which was parked out front, and it was a bit on the dark side. And the warm cookies at night? A group of golfers was checking in as I stopped at the front desk after going to my car. Out of a plate-full of cookies that had just been brought out, they left two. Personally, I would have made more for the other guests, but they didn't, so the staff loses points in my book. One other thing, every time the A/C came on, the lights dimmed. The televisions need to be updated, and the electrical system needs to be updated. I was afraid I was going to fry my laptop. If I return to the area, I will check on the television situation first before staying again. It may sound silly to some, but it's hard to watch anything on an old television once you've had HD.

The rooms were so clean and comfortable. They had continental breakfast and the best thing was it was right next to Cracker Barel!

I can be a [--] when it comes to reviews so believe me I am being real with you. They even have a station with coffee, tea and hot chocolate! Was so nice to have hot chocolate around midnight!

This was my second time staying at this hotel and as the title states - I again found the hotel to be overall 'excellent'. It's location is convenient to I-10 and there are numerous restaurants (Chili's, Angus Steaks, Denny's) and shopping options available (for those 'forgotten items - Target, Wal-Mart) closeby. From check-in to check-out - the staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and well maintained. If there is one 'knock' it would be with regards to the 'free breakfast'; the selection of cereals was somewhat limited during my stay and the eggs were a little 'sub-par' - but 'Hey, whadda' ya want for free ?' Overall a (repeat) great experience.
