I had very low expectations when we decided to stay at a Holiday Inn. It had been years since I had stayed in one and wanted to find another place to stay, but their rates were as low as any other place in the area.
When we walked in the room I was VERY surprised at how nice and modern the room was. For the price, it's one of the nicest hotels I've every stayed in.
My review is solely based on the room itself. Everything else seemed pretty standard.

Recently opened property with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Fridge an micro in the rooms make having a snack really convenient. Restaurant with full service is a great commodity these days.

We stayed at this property for Super Bowl weekend. The staff, especially the wait staff, were friendly and helpful. One of the staff gave me great directions to drive the "back roads" to the Super Bowl site.

Room was new, clean and very (surprisingly) nice. I've stayed in HI's back East that were horrible. This one was great. Nice fitness room. Good breakfasts available.

There was a bit of road noise as the property is next to I-10. Two additional nice things are the Mimi's cafe, adjacent to the property and the Black Bear Cafe a block south. Both have great food, large portions and priced right,

I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. It's not a resort, but offers comfort and functionality as a base of operations for the business traveler or tourist.

What a nice Surprize. Happened upon this Hotel as we traveled through Phoenix on our way back to California. We were pleasantly surprized with the large suite and freindly staff. We were freeway close but had a very quiet restful sleep. We would visit this hotel again. Great location for shopping and dinner out..
Breakfast was a part of the hotel room cost and was very tasty.
