Thought I was entering a Holiday Inn Express, but was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this Holiday Inn! Krisie was at the front desk. She was most accommodating and made us feel very comfortable. Coffee and tea in the lobby throughout the day and night. Large, clean workout room, and guest rooms have all the amenities.
Breakfast was presented by Tyler, who is fun, and makes a mean short stack and great steak and eggs!
Would definitely will check in at the Holiday Inn Goodyear, AZ!

Booked online, specifically asked their operator and received a conformation notice that clearly states cancellation can be made at no charge. But when I tried to do so, the hotel's website would not do so. So a phone call to the hotel to cancel. Non-refundable they now tell me. They must bait and switch enough to make this profitable. Now another hassle to refute the charges which my include small claims court - I just can't let them get away with it.

nice place , only can say that if you complain about this place then your probably the type that is never happy, i stayed one night , but all went perfect , if you meet CORRIE at the front desk , you will find that she will do anything to make your stay better , and in the morning look for alexia , she does the breakfast , she too is great , hats off to the management , for having such a great crew , they seemed like they really like there job , and the room? clean , clean , clean, quiet , yes its a little upscale, but here you get what you paid for ,,,,thanks

Extended stay here for business. Staff very helpful. Very clean, well kept. On site restaurant (open for breakfast & dinner), as well as on site bar. Does not include free breakfast.
