Can't imagine a better location if in town to watch a football game at the univ.of phoenix/Cardinal stadium, which is located out the front door, with associated restaurants, etc within' very easy walking distance. No worries about having to hassle with driving after the game. Is a newer and very clean hotel. Standard free continental breakfast, well stocked and clean. Comfortable beds and room -- your standard Hampton Inn, but relatively new, and not worn down. About a 25 minute, all freeway drive to airport. Nice tub/shower combo, but toilet, while clean, was clogged on arrival, but taken care of in quick order. Would consider staying again on next visit.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the breakfast area was large.The hotel is within easy walking distrance to the Cardinals and Coyotes arena's. There are also other eating options within walking distance.

Stayed at this location due to it's proximity to jobbing.com arena,was about a 10 min walk for us with sidewalks all the way.
The hotel itself was standard Hampton,clean and priced right. Large rooms,flat screen tv,large desk with office chair,large bathroom with over size shower,nice assortment of shampoo and soaps.
Bedding was better then avg,sheets and pillows were very soft a d made for a great nights sleep.
No doubt I would return when returning to the area.
