I came here because it was the best price for a mid grade hotel when I was making my reservation. I won't come back. There is no reason to not have Internet in the rooms. I travel with a disabled person. I can't go sit in the lobby to use the Internet. Your description online says all rooms have Internet. Change you info!!

Do I begin with the long hairs on and in the bed? (my wife and I have short hair) Maybe the fact that when we complained the manager handed my wife a set of sheets and was told that she was free to change the sheets herself.
Let's add that when one asks for tissues, one is handed a roll of toilet paper and told to use that. While we're at it, all the dust embedded into the carpet was a wonderful touch. Maybe if they didn't hand out so much toilet paper they could afford a vacuum.
This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Do yourself and your family a favor, stay down the road at any other hotel. Even your car's back seat would be better.

This is not a good hotel whatsoever. They screwed my teammates and I over. Worst hotel room ever. Blood Stains on the walls. Electricity did not work. There was heroin needles under the bed. Worst service ever. Never going to comeback ever again.

Nice place with all kinds of stores around. No bed bugs---I checked thoroughly before unpacking anything. My one and only gripe is you advertise free WI-FI in each room and it doesn't work. Why say you offer it. Free Wi-Fi in the ROOM! Not so. The free waffle and cereal for breakfast, coffee, oj and milk is a nice feature. But, plz get your WI-FI situation together. I want to come back, but I'll be looking elsewhere if I can't work from the room/s. Room has frig & micro. Clean just outdated a bit. This is not an elegant room.

I got a great rate for this hotel. It's in a mall parking lot! Though I didn't have time to shop, I will find time the next time I travel. I found this hotel very nice. We stayed in an accessible room. I got to park by my door. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The linens were white. The breakfast was all carbs, but sufficient for the price. Cereal, bagels, sweet rolls, and what I love, waffles! The coffee was great, too.
I had a micro wave and fridge in my room for those restaurant leftovers. TV was not huge, but the channel selection was great as well as the reception.
The only drawback was the internet was not strong enough to get to my room. I did find a signal for a short while, but will check on a closer room to the lobby next time.
There was a small exercise room that I didn't have time to check out.
