I went to Az to buy a townhouse and needed a place to stay so I could get everything set up for my move to Az. It turned out to be a great place to stay, great location, friendly staff always willing to help, it was like being at home everything I needed all in one place. I wish I could find something like that when ever I take a trip.

This was my first visit to an ESA but it won't be my last! The accommodations were great. The staff friendly & efficient. The only thing lacking was a pool & jacuzzi. The efficiency kitchen complete with pot/ pans & dishes saves a family a fortune in dining out.

Staff are very unfriendly and if you need anything, they are not willing to provide it. Cost a lot of money for what you get. Found roach bait just sitting on the bathroom floor. Toilet plugged; dirty bathroom. Staff are EXTREMELY rude. Would never go back again. No pool and no workout facilities...what the heck?

I purchased a vacation package through a third-party website and was incredibly surprised (delighted, actually) with this hotel. The location is fabulous : Relatively easy access to I-17 (which was important to me), safe location, multiple restaurants and shopping malls closeby (easy walking access to many) and a great staff who went out their way to greet me and make things easier.

The rooms are clean, quiet and comfy and mine was equipped with a small kitchen (standard fridge, microwave and stove). Be forewarned that daily housekeeping is only offered free-of-charge if you stay at least seven days; otherwise, it's an extra fee. There also is an extra charge for a wireless connection, but with my Verizon card, it wasn't an issue.

I have to return to Phoenix again next month and have already booked another stay here.
