We stayed at the Page Springs Bed and Breakfast near Sedona, Arizona for 4 nights and 5 days. We loved it! We were getting married, and we wanted a more serene environment than the hustle and bustle of a tourist town, and the Page Springs B&B delivered tranquility and more. The B&B is quite close to Sedona, Jerome, and other local attractions...just not TOO close. We were greeted by one of the friendly owners, Andrew, and Ingrid, the wonderful woman who made our scrumptious breakfasts. The other owner, Connie, must have been working on their latest film when we arrived. There are two houses on the property. We stayed in the upper house in the Kalahari room which had a huge bathroom with a 2 person soaking tub, separate shower, candles, and various toiletries. Ingrid gave us a tour and made us feel extremely welcome and "at home". The place offers comfy robes, free long distance, a pass for the various parks (a $40 value), coupons for wine tasting at local vineyards, and wireless access.
Displayed in the house were lots and lots of brochures and maps for local tourist attractions and activities. The owners and staff can also help with reservations for various activities in the area. The house we stayed in was beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained. Intriguing aspects of the place are the various photos and artifacts from all over the world. The owners, Connie and Andrew, are filmmakers, photographers, authors, etc. They are an absolutely fascinating couple! We wished we'd had more time to hang out with them! They even gave a bottle of champagne to us and the awesome couple we shared the house with who were celebrating their first anniversary.
Each day Ingrid made us fantastic breakfasts and was willing to respect our various dietary restrictions/likes/dislikes. And, she did the dishes and didn't want us to help. We were able to keep food and drinks in the refrigerator which was helpful and there was a microwave available. Sunday morning, Connie provided us with some homemade, delicious banana bread. I could go on and on with my compliments. When we left, Andrew and Ingrid even gave us hugs good-bye. We didn't want to leave! Page Springs Bed and Breakfast near Sedona, Arizona is an absolutely marvelous, peaceful, inspirational place to stay. Be sure to check out their website and make a reservation right away. We plan to return next year!
