Not a hotel I will return to ever. Elite level gets you third floor (I guess) but no other benefits I could determine. No wireless internet in the room (unacceptable in 2012) and wired internet provided is SLOW. Heard everything going on in all adjacent rooms (drawers, walking, curtains, etc). Newspapers run out by 8am every day. Space in cabinet for fridge in room, but no fridge included. Carpet in room was worn; could clearly see the path from the bed to the bathroom. Cleaning staff left different number of towels and washcloths each day, and left cleaning rags one day. Sink was clogged; took 5 minutes to drain. Went down for breakfast one day, but half the tables were not cleaned from other guests, and the other half were not yet set. Coffee in hall downstairs not refilled proactively by staff; had to ask. Overall the hotel operations seriously lacks attention to detail. Decor is old and tired.
Room Tip: Choose a different hotel.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience at our hotel. While it is never pleasant to hear when one of our guests is dissatisfied, I nonetheless appreciate the candid feedback.
I am pleased to say that our hotel is scheduled to complete significant improvement to our High Speed Internet service, which includes adding both wireless access to all of our guest rooms, as well as additional bandwith. We will also be starting a renovation on our guest rooms on April 4, 2012 followed soon after with a renovation to our lobby areas which will include the addition of the Bistro to enhance our food and beverage offerings.
