A strategic location and the last hotel on the highway for a while, but this is a dated, basic hotel, next to a noisy truck stop. Our room was clean, but the linen and blankets were old and needed to be replaced. Our bed was sagging and uncomfortable. No safe in the room. The included breakfast was a very basic self-help continental breakfast, not worth the trouble. We paid $89 for the room, which was expensive for what we got.
Only stay here if you have to.

The room we checked into was filthy!!! the sink tub and shower had not been cleaned, urine under toilet lid as well as hair, holes in the blankets, towels have greyish color,
old pillows, old mattress, no coffee maker or microwave in room as advertised...
Bad smell in room, opposite of fresh and clean. Was worried about possibility of bed bugs or scabies exposure. Expensive $79-$160 / night?! Keep driving to next hotel if you need a place to sleep!!! :(

The room was, to put it nicely, not clean. The "clean" sheets had washed-in feces. Everything was old and dirty. Directly across the hall a "massage parlor" was operating. None of the lights, nor the TV worked when we first got to our room. For $90 we could have had a good room and decent breakfast just down the road. We'll never go near this place, however convenient it may be.

If you ever need to drive from LA to Phoenix, leave early enough, or rest up enough that you don't have to stop at Buckeye, AZ. The only lodging option is a moldy (literally ) motel. Much better to drive on. This place is horrible! The bathroom should be illegal. There is biological matter on the bedspread (looks like feces). Never ever stay at the days inn at Buckeye
