This is a nice option if you are planning to visit the colorful town of Bisbee. My room was a comfortable size with a good queen bed, a sitting area, couch, a small bathroom (shower, not tub). The room also came with a coffee-maker, microwave, small fridge, pitcher of water and free wi-fi. The TV worked, although it was fairly small and definitely old. My room was very clean.
I had expected a bit more of a B&B feel and the place is cozy, but the rooms are stacked side-by-side with no common area to hang out in. The good news is that nobody is above the room making noise, but you can hear the folks next door. That said, the people who were there when I was were respectful and quiet.
I did not take the staff up on the offer of breakfast - it was an additional $15 charge - so I can't comment on that. It was too cold while I was there to sit outside, but I only saw a large private yard more than actual gardens. I had called before my arrival and someone went to my room and turned the heat on, so it was nice and warm when I arrived.
I would caution that this isn't easy walking distance into the main area of Bisbee - of course you could do it, but it would be more like a 25-30 minute walk, not a couple of minute stroll. Also, it's all downhill into town, so all uphill on the way back! It is definitely difficult to find in the dark as it sits in a residential area, but look for the big sign and what I think are giant solar cells at the front of the drive.
