Hubby and I travel a lot and try to keep cost down so we chose this motel for our 2 night stay in Valdez. Very basic place to sleep. Our room was clean. The staff efficient and helpful. They have a continental breakfast but we did not try it. There was a double bed and a twin bed. The beds are not very comfy. You can feel the springs. Pillows flat. Sheets scratchy. We were on the 1st floor, you can hear everything going on in the hall and almost everything from your neighbors. The first night were were very tired and both slept well. The second night not so tired and both of us tossed and turned all night. Uncomfy and noisy.
But we knew most of this when we chose this hotel.

Clean rooms,good free breakfast and close to the ferry. Good value for the money.

ok so it might not look much, and in fairness its not much. However, its by far the cheapest place to stay in Valdez, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and the room was clean.
The rooms are dated and basic, but clean. The walls are quite thin. Free tea and coffee 24 hours a day with continental breakfast included.

This hotel is a series of old atco trailers, probably leftover from pipeline days. The rooms are very small and old. The walls are very thin. No thermostat in sight and it was really hot.

Despite all this, it was pretty clean and one of the cheapest places in town. Definitely full of guys staying here before headed out fishing for the day!
