I have to say we were quite worried once we had booked the hotel as I could not find any reviews, however, from the moment we got there we absolutely loved it!
The staff were amazing people and treated us like royalty as there were not many English people there at all as its more of an Italian resort.
The hotel was hundred times better than what we expected the rooms were immaculate and the food was clean and there was good variety for a buffet.
The beaches were beautiful as there were little coves where the beds were and the sea was lovely and clear, and again very very clean, there were often staff picking up any litter and making sure the place was spotless.
The cleaner in the room could not be faulted and made towel sculptures every day which obviously took a long time and fresh flowers were left.
If we had any problems they were dealt with within minutes, there was not one rude staff member.
The only thing I could possibly fault was that the alcohol was not included in the all inclusive unless you upgraded for so much money a day, and that there were hardly any other English, however, that was expected and its such a shame that more English people do not go as they are really missing out!!
