Just returned from the Three Corners, this was our 12th visit. All we can say about this hotel is that it is fantastic. From the moment you step inside the hotel to the moment you leave you are treated so well.

The food is always hot and varied and plenty of it. Everywhere is kept spotlessly clean. The gardens are superb. The beach is great and you are well looked after by the beach team. The pool is also well looked after and kept clean.

All the staff are friendly, but professional. The manager or his deputy are always in evidence so IF you have anything to say, they are available and will act upon it.

Chez Pascal is worth a visit, it doesn't cost much extra to dine there and you will not be disappointed.

Can't wait to go back.

We have recently come back from a week holiday at three corners fayrouz. Our findings as follows:
Staff : excellent. They couldn't do enough for you.
Animations team : excellent
Room: very good and kept very clean, but no drawers in the room, which are necessary. We had to keep our underwear, t shirts, etc in our suitcases. This was the main disadvantage.
The food: average. Last year we stayed at the Rihana Resort in El Gouna and the comparison with food was that the Rihana was by far the better quality and variation. Especially the salad area and desserts. The salads and deserts at Fayrouz left a lot to be desired.
You can email the manager if you want to have a kettle in the room. Overall, the hotel and amenities were excellent.
The hotel is not near anything at all, so is great for a relaxing break.

Nice hotel in the surrounded by desert with a great house reef for snorkeling, especially when you whether of a bit from the pier (especially to the left side). It has a nice lagoon about 20 minutes by foot from there. When I went snorkeling I saw 5 turtles in the water at depths of about 3 meters.

The food is nice but not great with different themes for every dinner. Rooms clean and very friendly personnel. The animation team was nice with a lot of activities, although a bit nagging from my point of view (had hard taking no for an answer).

Shokran Habibis! Just returned from a lovely vacation week in the Fayrouz Plaza which is a Very nice hotel indeed. Nice to be greeted with a fruit drink on the terrace upon arrival where I also received the prettiest (lots of colours!) all inclusive-armband I have seen yet. The luggage handling could be a bit improved; ie. give the guests stickers for room numbers to put on the suitcase, for speedier and more practical luggage delivery. My room was really nice, spacious and clean. I was very comfortable there, even though the location wasn't the best. I loved the rustic furniture and ethnic patterns and colours. I was impressed when my cleaner knocked on the door to introduce himself shortly after I had checked in. All staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Always smiling and ready to help. They made me feel special. Food was always good,or very good. Never bad. There is a nice, friendly atmosphere all over the hotel; the restaurants, the lobby, the bars, the disco. Music in the disco could be improved; play proper hit songs in stead of a long mix of shortcuts of tunes.
Over all I had a fab holiday and I might return to this hotel, even though I really enjoy trying different ones... Guests were mainly Dutch, German and Scandinavian, and we get along just fine!
