It's quite a small property. The location is not front-line beach but second row a short walk from the sea-side. We stayed for a week from June 17 to 24 and came for diving. Can't fault the hotel nor the dive centre nor the actual diving, even the weather was perfect ranging from 32 - 35 °C during mid-day down to 23 - 26 at night , the sea at 27 - 28, winds were moderate. The A/C is not too noisy and adjustable.
The rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable bed, large walk-in shower, nice fair sized balcony, plenty of space in the closets. There is a kettle in the room , the socket is behind the cup-board ! Food is OK, house-wine also, I don't like the beer. The -Chocolate- Chef came around at dinner for a couple of days and then I needed to hunt him down as I was getting addicted. There are two - à la carte restaurants - (paying) one italian and the other arabic both with indoor and outdoor setting .To top all this is the generally amicable personnel from gardener to GM.
The entertainment team was beautiful and I can't judge if they were good or bad since we were busy with diving most of the time and wouldn't bother with anything else. The vast majority of the guests were Italian and german speaking , there were only a few english voices. Occupancy was about 60 % and the general atmosphere was just most relaxing, the ladies particularly the younger generation dressed up quite chic for dinner while the men tried their best.
On the day we checked-out Theresa of Public Relation came to wave good-by to everyone leaving that morning and I suspect there was a tear in her eyes but then I am sure she will be all smiles again greeting the new arriving guests. We would have loved to stay longer.
