Beautiful resort. Amazing service. Everyone remembers your name and what you like. Even staff you haven't met some how know your name.

Rooms are spacious and well kept. The only problem is, we were disappointed that no marine life came under or overwater bungalow. Even turned the lights on as suggested every night but t didn't work. I heard that other resorts has coral near the rooms that attracted sea life.

Lots of freebies like gym, yoga, no motorized water sports, snorkeling with marine biologist.

I couldn't give the resort a 5 for location because they charge you to leave the resort at night if you want to eat dinner on bora bora (hotel is on private motu). This also affects you if you want to visit any other resorts. You cant walk or take a land taxi. You will have to rent your own boat or pay for a water taxi.

The charges required to leave the resort, combined with the price of the food at the resort is why I gave the resort a 4 for value. Perhaps living in a big city like LA we've been spoiled with amazing restaurants. However even taking into consideration the fact that "everything" in bora bora is more expsensive due to how remote it is; The food is ok to pretty good for the price your paying. This goes for restaurants outside of the hotel as well. Nothing food wise really wowed us. Being charged that much for food and not being wowed once, I can't give the place a 5 for value.

Fantastic place to stay to re-energise mind and body.
Beautifull, large, Bungalow with private swimming pool in front of the ocean. We saw 1 Manta Ray!!They disapperad from this area when the hotel was build.
Kids club is really taking care of kids and a biologist is spending time with them expalining environment and fishes in a nice and funny way.
Choice of restaurant is large enough to find with suits you the most.
The only element I would challenge is the dive center the hotel is dealing with. Too many divers on the boat, doing too many times the same dive site and if you have your own material, they could forget it...and the dive center is far from the hotel.

Amazingly gorgeous. Fantastic sunsets, romantic to the N'th degree. Only thing not perfect was the quality and cost of the food. The hospitality was amazing, the staff was warm and caring, flowers everywhere. Crystal clear water begging for a snorkel, star filled nights inviting romance.

This is a wonderful, breathtakingly beautiful hotel, exactly like all the pictures of paradise you have seen. Rooms are fantastic, service sublime and I wish I could say the same about the food. Disappointing would be an understatement, it is quite mediocre. The best dining option is the sushi place on the water or bite the bullet and pay for the boat ride to go next door to the St. Regis for a delicious dinner!
